Entry requirements & prerequisites

VCE or Australian Year 12 equivalent International Baccalaureate Trinity Foundation Studies GCE A Levels
  • A study score of at least 25 in English/English Language/Literature or at least 30 in ESL.
  • At least 25 in Mathematical Methods and at least 25 in one of Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
  • The minimum ENTER for 2009 was 85 (guaranteed for international students).
  • English, Standard Mathematics and one of Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
  • The minimum IB Diploma score for 2010 is 31 (guaranteed for international students).

Unless otherwise indicated, all prerequisite IB subjects require achievement of at least Grade 5 at Standard Level or Grade 4 at Higher Level. For non-English speaking students, a pass at Grade 5 Standard Level or Grade 4 Higher Level in English B will be accepted as satisfying the English prerequisite.
  • EAP (a score of at least 50%), English and either one of Mathematics 1A or 1B, and one of Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
  • The minimum TFS score for 2010 is 80 (guaranteed for international students).
  • Mathematics and one of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and at least grade C in an accepted AS Level English subject.
  • The minimum A Levels score for 2010 is BCC (10) (guaranteed for international students).

Accepted GCE AS Level English subjects are: General Paper, General Studies, English Language and Literature, English Literature, and English Language.
